Planning and all third party fees are not included in our price. Once that is done, you will need to submit a BUILDING REGULATIONS APPLICATION. The requirement for this are designs for FOUNDATIONS, DRAINAGE, ROOF CARCASS, MATERIAL SPECIFICATION, STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS and accompanying SECTIONS.
